p.1 Civic Government - Taxation of Vessel Property - Ald. Carson handed in the report of the Court of Revision thus: That on the petition of Thomas F. Taylor and other vessel owners praying a remission of a portion of taxes, your Committee recommend that the vessel men for the present year be allowed a remission of 40 %. Received and adopted.

p.3 An Unfortunate Man - C. Deans was hurt on schr. Annie Falconer in September.
