p.3 Beginning The Season - The prop. Cuba will open up the season as she leaves Toronto on Saturday next for Ogdensburg via Kingston, Gananoque, Brockville and Prescott. Capt. McCorquodale will sail her again this season.

Made The Round Trip - The schr. named in honor of Ontario's Premier arrived here at 1 a.m. from Big Sodus, where she had delivered a cargo of ore and was windbound for several days. She will load stone at Portsmouth for Charlotte. There is little pleasure in working on a vessel at this time of the year. (Oliver Mowat)

Early Voyagers - Radcliffe Bros. of Oswego are sailing yacht around Lake Ontario.
