Whats The News? - Gracie and Katie Gray repaired to compete against Emma in Bay of Quinte.

The Napanee Express remarks that the swelling of the peas, in the sunken scow Alice Mary, may cause the hull to burst. The timbers were in a decayed condition and the vessel is likely to become a total wreck. The farmers have purchased a large quantity of the peas for the fattening of their hogs.
