Three schooners are loading iron ore at the K. & P. R.R. docks.

The schr. Nevada has cleared from Chicago with wheat for Kingston.

The str. Picton with new bulwarks and repainted, was launched from the ways at Portsmouth yesterday.

The schr. Riverside has been chartered in Chicago to bring wheat to Kingston at 4 1/4 cents, a decline in the rate of 1/4 cent.


Schr. O.M. Bond, Chicago, 21,000 wheat.

Schr. Hannah Butler, Port Hope, 6,629 bu. wheat.

Schr. O. Mitchell, Chicago, 22,284 bu. corn.

Schr. Bolivia, Chicago, 25,442 bu. corn.

Str. Spartan, Hamilton, pass. and fgt.


Tug Champion for Montreal, with six barges containing 44,000 bu. corn, 40,000 bu. wheat, 30,000 bu. peas.
