p.3 Here & There - Capt. Patterson, owner of the prop. Africa, is one of those involved in Owen Sound Steamship Co., who have applied for letters patent for a line of passenger and freight boats on Georgian Bay, Lake Huron, Lake Michigan, etc.

All the witnesses for the plaintiff in the marine case of the steamer Flower City have been examined at Utica. The case was then adjourned until May 23rd.

schr. Margaret Muir chartered at Chicago to bring corn to Kingston at 6 cents.
