p.2 Incidents Of The Day - The captain of the schr. Anna Foster threatens to bring an action against the town of Cobourg for damages sustained to his vessel at that harbor last fall.

The Rathbun Co. are building a new tug to replace the Sherwood, burned last summer. The new craft will be 63' keel, 15 1/2 ft. beam, and 7 ft. depth of hold.
