p.2 Incidents Of the Day - The str. Rideau Belle is all enclosed and the upper cabin is now being built. She will be ready on April 15th. Her route will be from Kingston to Westport and Portland. The officers are to be: Capt. D. Noonan, master; Wm. Bajus, purser; Thos. O'Neil, Newboro, engineer.
