p.3 Incidents Of The Day - Mr. Irwin will be 1st officer this season on the prop. Scotia, owned by Capt. G. Frazer.

The repairs to the schr. W.R. Taylor will be completed next month, and will have cost the owners of the vessel $2,500.

During the winter, the schr. Oriental, owned by Capt. Fraser, received new topsides. She is now being caulked. A new steam winch, for hoisting timber, will also be placed in the vessel.

Personal Mention - G. Girouard and C. McSourley, 1st and 2nd engineers, left today for Owen Sound to look after fitting out of the prop. Scotia.
