p.3 Both Are Taking Action - Hon. C. Fraser intimated a few days ago that the government intended to amend the law doing away with the assessment of vessels. The American government are moving in the same direction. Statistics are being gathered as to the taxes imposed upon their floating property.

Incidents Of The Day - Mr. L.A. Senecal is in Quebec in connection with forming negotiations between the St. Lawrence Navigation Co. and Richelieu Co.
