p.3 They Are Off For Oswego - This morning Messrs. J.B. Carruthers and Col. Campbell, accompanied by A.S. Hostage and W.H. Biggar, of Belleville, left for Oswego in order to attend a meeting of the Lake Yacht Racing Association. It is expected that Mr. Biggar will be the new president, and that races will be held at Belleville and Kingston early in August.
