MARINE INTELLIGENCE.

The str. Spartan bound west returned to this port last night on account of heavy weather.

The strs. Corsican, Toronto; Algerian, Montreal; prop. Persia, St. Catharines; called at Swift's wharf yesterday.

Capt. Donnelly, sr., has returned from Georgian Bay having released the str. Telegram, aground near Parry Sound. The steamer's forefoot was knocked off. She was hauled out at Collingwood for repairs.
