Marine Paragraphs.

The Welland Canal tolls are this season to be reduced to two cents per ton.

The prop. Alma Munro will be in command, during the coming season, of Capt. J.H. Scott.

Mr. Eastman, Dexter, has bought a half interest in the steamer Jessie Bain. He will command the steamer.

Thomas Simmons has been appointed engineer of the steamer Rideau Belle.

The wages of sailors, on the opening of navigation, will probably be $1.25 per day.
