p.8 A Rather Cold Bath - This morning while R. Staley was engaged in painting the Glenora he broke through the ice. Ald. W. Robinson, who has contracted to paint the M.T. Co. boats, pulled him out.

Incidents Of The Day - The schr. Eliza Fisher is sailing on Lake Ontario. The ice has disappeared on the lake between Cobourg and Port Hope.
