The schr. Manzanilla has gone to Georgian Bay to load ties for Chicago.

The schr. W.R. Taylor cleared for Traverse City, Mich., today to load timber for Kingston.

The yacht Ethel, of Oswego, has been sold to S.G. Doran, of Rochester, for $1,000. Her new owner is a member of the Oswego yacht club and an enthusiastic yachtsman.

The master of the schr. Gulnair, lying at Garden Island, is looking for a crew. The sailors who came with him signed for $1.25, but now want an increase. The going wages out of this port for sailors is $1.50 per day.
