p.1 Incidents Of The Day - Capt. R. LaRush leaves for Picton today to look after the building of his sloop. He has given the contract to William Redmond of that place. The boat will cost over $2,000.

p.5 Sudden Death of Capt. John Fraser - at St. Catharines, had been sailing for many years.

p.8 The Late Mr. John Wilson - of Howe Island, sailed as captain on lakes for years.
