p.5 Kingston & Montreal Forwarding Co. - At the annual meeting of the shareholders of the K. & M. F. Co., Ltd., held in Montreal yesterday at the offices the following gentlemen were elected directors: Alex. Gunn, president; Frank Ross, vice-president; W. Stewart, managing director; James Swift and John Torrance, jr.

p.8 Incidents Of The Day - Yesterday Capt. Paul made soundings in the harbor near the shoal tower with a view to locating a boulder which is dangerous to vessels sailing into the harbor. The rock will be removed in the spring.
