p.1 Incidents Of The Day - Capt. Milligan, Garden Island, will sail the steambarge Isaac May this season. Her consorts have not had captains appointed. Capt. Milligan expects to be ready to leave on April 15th. Capt. Andrew Thompson will sail the steam barge Africa; Capt. John Reid, schr. Wawanosh; Capt. H. Ryan Monck, schr. Mary Lyon.
