Captains of vessels state that they never saw marine business so dull.
The schr. Fleetwing is loading ties for Oswego at the K. & P.R.R. long dock.
The str. D.D. Calvin and schrs. Valencia and Bavaria are loading railroad iron at the Kingston penitentiary dock for Maldon, Detroit River.
The R. & O.N. Co. have taken the str. Corinthian off the line between Montreal and Hamilton, substituting for her the Corsican. The Corinthian will be kept as a spare boat.
