Capt. Scott took the str. Persia on Sunday night, through the Bay of Quinte and Murray Canal for the first time. Out of 95 passengers 80 were ladies, and the trip was a most enjoyable one.

Arrivals: str. Pilgrim, Alexandria Bay; Corsican, Alexandria Bay; schr. H. Dudley, Oswego; prop. Glengarry and schr. Gaskin, Chicago; str. St. Lawrence, Alexandria Bay; str. Magic, Clayton; str. Jessie Bain, Clayton.

Departures: Annandale, Charlotte, ties.

Reported At Port Dalhousie: Up, schr. Oliver Mowat, Kingston to Sandusky, light; R. Muir, Kingston to Sandusky, light; prop. Rosedale, Kingston to Cleveland, light.
