BY AUCTION

On the 30th October, 1851,

If not previously disposed of by private sale, Lot No. 1 in the village of Portsmouth, (formerly Hatter's Bay), with the buildings thereon, known as Keely's Inn. The stand is one well adopted for a tavern or store. A master of a vessel would find it convenient as a residence, being near to the water, and commanding a view of Portsmouth Harbor and the shipyard. A never-failing stream of pure water runs through the lot. Title indisputable. For further information apply to the proprietor, on the premises.

M. KEELY.
