p.2 First Open Port - The navigation at Port Whitby is now fairly opened for the season. On Tuesday last, the schooner Scotland, owned by James Wallace, Esq., of Whitby, sailed hence for Oswego, with a full cargo. There are other vessels now loading. [Whitby Reporter]
