p.2 On Wednesday last John Daly, fireman on the steamer Champion, fell from one of the paddle-boxes of the steamer while lying at the wharf at Hamilton, and was drowned before assistance could be procured.
The Cherokee - We have heard it stated that Capt. Gaskin, has sold the steamship Cherokee to some parties in the Lower Provinces for £10,500.
