p.2 Cobourg Harbor, thanks to the activity of the contractors, the Messrs. Burnet, is rapidly advancing to completion. By the closing of navigation it will be finished and ready for the reception of such vessels as are required to be laid here during the winter. Owing to its being open the season round, it affords advantages to owners of Steamers and Schooners superior to any other Harbor on the Lake, not even excepting Toronto. [Cobourg Star]
