p.2 Toronto Harbor - The breach in the Island at the point known as the Narrows is commanding considerable attention in Toronto. The opening was about 100 yards wide, and the water running through about 4 or 5 feet deep. A great deal of discussion has arisen on the subject as to what will be the ultimate result, some persons predicting the final extinction of the Island, by easterly storms.
