p.2 Navigation Open at Oswego - The Oswego Times, of Saturday, says that the schooner Welland was to leave that port on Saturday evening, being the first vessel out from any lake port this Spring. The Times says that there was an arrival at Oswego harbor in January, and that there have been arrivals and departures during every month in the year. This fact speaks favorably for that harbor.
