p.2 Two New Steamers For Lake Ontario - The Great Western Railroad Company have contracted for the building of two steamers at Niagara, Mr. Shickeluna of St. Catherines having leased the premises of the Niagara Dock Company. Their dimensions are to be 228 feet keel, 70 inch cylinder, 12 feet stroke; and the cost of their hulls is to be each $63,000; to be ready by the opening of the navigation next season. These vessels are to run between Hamilton, Toronto, and Oswego, making a daily line each way. [St. Catherines Journal]
