p.2 Walker & Berry's Elevator was employed on Monday in taking out a cargo of corn from the Water Witch, and worked most satisfactorily. It discharged nearly 1000 bushels an hour, or ten thousand bushels in twelve hours. The erection of this machine has added immensely to the transhipping facilites at the port.
