p.2 Improvement at Port Hope - The Port Hope Guide says that the works in the harbor of that town are progressing with rapidity. The dredge is in actice use, and a large number of men are employed in digging a new channel for the creek. Several schooners are employed by the Grand Trunk Railway Company are loading stone in the harbor of Toronto.
