p.2 Shipwreck - Yesterday morning a large three-masted vessel was discovered to be on shore about half a mile below the light-house between Wolfe Island and the American shore. There was no person on board; the cabin had been washed away, and the fore and main masts in the act of being cut away, had broken off and fallen overboard. Several trunks were found floating about, and a pocket-book was washed on shore containing some papers seemingly belonging to the Captain of the vessel. Her name is unknown, and the fate of her crew as yet not ascertained.
