p.2 Toronto Regatta - results. [Leader]

New Steamer - The new freight steamer Monarch, built this season at Sorel, and propelled by the engine of the John Counter, came into port yesterday morning on her way up the lake. The Monarch is a handsome vessel of a similar model and size to the Bowmanville, and appears admirably fitted for her intended business; 150 tons freight displacing only 5 1/2 feet of water. The Monarch is owned in this city.

Imports - 10,11; Exports - 10.
