The Last of the Ill Fated Brooks - We learn that the steamer Traveller attempted to tow the wreck of the propeller J.W. Brooks to Kingston, and when it was got off into deep water it sank out of sight. Thus closes the last scene of the most terrible and melancholy disaster that ever occurred on Lake Ontario. [Oswego Times 24th]
