p.2 Death of Capt. Colcleugh - We regret to learn from Toronto papers of yesterday, that Capt. Colcleugh, the well-known Commander of the steamer Arabian, died suddenly at Niagara, on Saturday, at ten o'clock, in a fit of apoplexy. He was one of the oldest and most popular commanders on the Lake. He had been appointed to the command of the Arabian this season, and his sudden demise will be regretted by a large circle of acquaintances in this city, by whom he was greatly esteemed.

-str. Zimmerman, Capt. Milloy, started on Niagara-Toronto route last Wednesday.

Welland Canal - to open on 20th.
