p.3 An inquest was held on Saturday in the township of Pittsburgh before Mr. Coroner Bryant on the body of Maurice Powers, a sailor who was drowned off Nine Mile Point from the schooner Omar Pacha on the 8th April last. The body washed ashore at Milton's Point on the 28th. The Omar Pacha happened to be loading close to the place, and the body was at once identified. A verdict of accidental drowning was returned.
