p.2 Reception committees for Prince - Program of Marine Reception Committee - all boats in harbour, etc.; Mr. D.D. Calvin offers Hercules and Gildersleeve - accepted; "Mr. Gildersleeve also stated that Capt. Gaskin's vessel, the Neptune, would be decorated as a flag ship and a number of sailors would be collected on board, who would man yards in man-of-war fashion, and a salute would be fired from the vessel by two six-pounder brass guns on board..."
