p.3 Auction Sale - The clipper-built schooner Mary Grover, 184 tons measurement; capacity for 10,400 bushels of grain. This vessel is well found in every respect, including new sails, running rigging and boat. She draws nine feet when laden.

Also at the same time sch. Cataraqui - built in 1857, about 200 tons Am. measurement, capacity for grain over 10,000 bushels, or 325 tons coal; to be sold on 9th February.
