p.2 Oswego harbor is open, and Lake Ontario is clear of ice. There is nothing to prevent the free navigation of Lake Ontario.

Notice To Mariners - On and after the first of April a red light will be shown from the light-house at Port Hope, C.W., on the Port Hope Wharf, in place of the bright light formerly there.
