p.2 Lake Freights - The Chicago Times, of the 18th, says there was a good inquiry for vessels, and rates declined 1/2 to 1 cent, with engagements to Buffalo at 9 1/2 to 10 cents for wheat, 7 cents for corn; 18 1/2 cents for wheat to Kingston, and 14 cents for wheat to Oswego. The opening of the Straits had a tendency to reduce prices, as a large fleet of vessels will arrive in the course of a few days.

p.3 Imports - 23,24.
