p.2 Goderich Harbor - The Stratford Examiner announces that the Government have disposed of the Goderich harbor to the Buffalo and Lake Huron Railway Company. It is stated that an order in Council has been issued, bearing date the 2nd of June, 1862, by which the Railway Company become possessed of the harbor, with power to levy tolls and dues for the period of ninety-nine years.
