p.2 Collision On Lake Erie - Port Colborne, Aug. 22nd - The schooner Gertrude, of Buffalo, bound up, collided with the schooner Gerritt Smith, of Oswego, off Long Point, last night. The damage to the Gertrude is not known, but supposed to be serious. The Smith is considerably injured, but her cargo is safe.

There has been picked up in the Lake and on the beach here a binnacle and compass, and several barrels of coal oil, supposed to belong to the schooner Cadet, which left Erie for Toronto on the 16th.

p.3 Yacht For Sale - the small cat-rigged yacht Dab, of about 2 1/2 tons R.M., lying at O'Gorman's wharf. Original cost, 47 pounds; price - $100.
