p.2 Police Court - The captain of the schooner Will-o'-the-Wisp made a complaint that some one had gone on board his vessel during the night and spitefully cut the standing and running rigging of his vessel, and also a new hauser just purchased for towing purposes. He suspected a man who had been on board on Sunday, and had been ejected from the vessel for being drunk.
