p.2 Police Court - William Hamilton, a rowdy sailor from Hamilton, was fined $5 for assaulting Capt. Twitchell and acting in a disorderly manner; the prisoner, it appeared, loosed the hawser of Capt. Twitchell's vessel from the wharf. Capt. Twitchell also had a peace warrant issued against him, fearing bodily harm in consequence of threats used.
