p.2 Wreck Of An Oil Ship - The schooner Sirius, which left Sarnia on the 11th of September, freighted with 1,700 barrels of crude oil, was wrecked on Monday last, below Father Point. The cargo was chiefly owned by J.E. Ellis & Co., of Toronto - a small portion of it being on account of Messrs. J. & C. Mackenzie, of that place.

-The schooner St. George, which has been loading at this port for the past two weeks, has nearly completed her cargo, and will probably start on Saturday. Her cargo will consist of 1700 barrels of oil. [Sarnia Observer]
