p.2 An accident happened at Portsmouth on Saturday by which a laborer named Harry Grafton had one of his legs broken. A barge was being drawn up on the ways, when the capstan chain snapped, and striking the man's leg, broke it. The same man, we learn, was similarly unfortunate last winter.
