p.2 Loading - During the week a large number of men have been employed in cutting ice on the bay for Captain Gaskin, and yesterday a large quantity was stowed away in the hold of the British Lion. The Captain will take in about 300 tons for the Chicago market, and he confidently expects to be ready for sea in about three weeks. The loading will be completed by Monday or Tuesday next.
