p.2 The Collision on Monday - We understand that the Captain of the Lochiel, which ran into the schooner Edith on Monday morning, refuses to pay for the damages sustained by the latter, and that the owner of the Edith intends to take the case into the Division Court. The damages to both vessels are very slight, those of the Edith having been repaired at a cost of about fifteen dollars.
