p.2 Messrs. Norris & Nelon, of St. Catherines, contemplate building two large scows and a powerful tugboat or two to be employed in the lumber trade on the upper lakes. The scows are to be constructed more in the shape of sailing vessels than those now in use, and will be furnished with masts and sails.
