p.2 The First Steamer - The Pierrepont will without doubt be the first steamer both to and from the port of Kingston this spring. An attempt will be made on Monday to bring her over to the city from Wolfe Island, where she has lain all winter; and to make the attempt with the Pierrepont, is generally to succeed, so admirably is she adapted for crashing through the ice.
