Str Pierrepont, Cape Vincent, (mixed cargo)

Court of Queen's Bench - Seymour vs Asselstine - Trespass - the Hon. Benjamin Seymour had a pine tree 184 feet long and 3 1/2 feet at the butt growing on his property on the Bay of Quinte; Asselstine wanted it for a mast, cut it down without permission.
