p.2 City Council - Communication - from Archibald Smith, Harbor Master, stating that the propeller America recently got aground on the sunken pier near and opposite to the Grand Trunk depot, the vessel at the time drawing nine feet of water. Referred to the Committee on Wharves and Harbors.
