p.2 Sale of the Steamer Banshee - The steamer Banshee was sold yesterday at the price demanded by her owners. The purchasers are Americans, and her destination is New York. The Harbor - The harbor is gradually opening, but the ice is so jammed in at the foot of Wolfe Island and at the entrance to the lake that the steamer Pierrepont, which has been ready some days for service, cannot get round the island to Cape Vincent. She has made two or three trips to the island, starting from and returning to the wharf at the foot of Simcoe street. The ice from Simcoe street to the bridge is still tolerably firm.
